Strawberry-chocolate marble cake with a buttercream whipped cream frosting.  Pale green laryer of frosting and a dark green trim, decorated with sweet frosting carnations is what makes this beautiful birthday cake.
A birthday cake for a nine year old boy.  Legos splash down in this vanilla-chocolate marble cake with buttercream blue frosting to resemble water.  Then you have Optimus Prime transformer about ready to tackle a wrestler
Cute and yummy for the holidays, gingerbread cupcakes. Cream cheese frosting and filling to tempt anyone's sweet tooth.
We pride ourselves in trying to make and bake everything homemade.  Not using any box mixes or container product to create our baked goods.
Our cakes ingredients are added one at a time and not overmixed to make a homemade cake as moist as we can.  We use real vanilla and cocoa.
Our frostings are made with real butter or vegetable shortening all depending on what your favorite frosting is.  Creamy or sweet.
Breads are first mixed in large mixers than hand kneaded, weighed and formed to make the perfect loaf.  We offer many different types of breads.  We are not an artisan bread bakery, we prefer softer breads with many different flavors.
Our cookies are made by hand with real butter.  We offer many varieties and change our selection often.
Turnovers are made from our own pie crust and filled with large amount of fruit filling.  Warm one in a oven or toaster oven and it tastes just like a homemade pie!
We now offer Dinners to Go!  Tuesday through Friday nights, a selected dinner will be offered from 4:30 pm until 6:00 pm.  (Please call ahead to make sure we will have enough dinners.)
Our dinners are and taste homemade.  Potatoes are mashed with real cream and butter, lightly salted and peppered.
We do not add a lot of salt to our foods. Any sauces or gravies are made with our own broth.  Tomato sauces are made fresh and not from a jar.  We may use frozen vegetables when we are not able to purchase fresh.  Our goal is to sell you a healthy meal without preservatives.
If we have dinners that do not sell, we put them in our self-serve freezer so customers are able to purchase dinners to heat during the week when they don't feel like cooking.
We offer soups, stews, chilis and chowders, Tuesdays through Friday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.  They are cooked fresh that morning and kept warm in crock pots during the day.  We sell them in quarts or pints with oyster crackers and homemade rolls.  Again, we make our own broth and tomato sauces.  On Saturday we have our own homebaked beans, baked every Saturday morning, either Pea beans or Kidney beans.  Customers can either purchase them with our coleslaw and homemade french breads or just beans.
We also sell the full line of  Better Than Average Jams and Jellies.  These are the jams and jellies that went to the Emmies.  Try them in your baking or cooking and you will experience an out of this world taste.  Between the sweet and spicy jams, they can be cooked with desserts or on meats.

Come in to Bread & More Bakery, the smells that come out of this kitchen will overwhelm your senses.  Hope to see you!
